CLASS OVERVIEW

A power-packed class focused on three key areas: Quads, Abs, + Obliques.

This class is designed to be 80% strength-focused with a main lift and accessory work, and 20% functional agility and cardio.What to expect:
You’ll move through four stations of focused work, completing two laps around the room. Each station is designed with a specific purpose:

Compound Lower Body Movement: This is the MAIN LIFT or the focus of the workout. A heavy, strength-building movement to develop power and definition in your Quads. Lower reps (4-6) for max effort and progression.

Ab blast: Engage your upper and lower abs, plus obliques, for a strong and stable midsection.

Accessory Work: Targeted exercises to build, tone, and shape your quads. This is a higher volume accessory work station. Rep counts will be between 10-15.

• Functional Agility and Cardio: Boost endurance, coordination, and overall athleticism with fast-paced, functional drills.
