I am here to help people move in a way that works best for them while honing in on the key aspects of form that make us all better and more in tune with our bodies. Fitness is personal and I firmly believe that, for the most part, there is always a way to keep moving whether that is modifying, scaling up, or scaling back — and none of these are bad options. I want people to feel proud of themselves and like they got exactly what they needed out of their workout with me, with a little extra push ;).
