My favorite workouts are the ones that work my whole body. I love feeling a little sore the next day because it makes me feel proud of what I accomplished. I am drawn to workouts with loud, upbeat music and lots of energy because they keep me motivated and make me want to keep pushing myself. My favorite class is definitely boxing and strength.
For me, fitness isn't about being perfect — it's about showing up consistently, taking care of myself, and becoming stronger both mentally and physically. Fitness gives me an outlet to release stress, clear my head, and reset after challenging days. It helps me feel more confident, energized, and capable in all areas of my life.
After people take one of my classes, I want them to leave feeling accomplished, empowered, and better than when they walked through the door. Showing up is often the hardest part, so I want every person who attends my class to feel proud of themselves for making that commitment. My goal is to create an environment where participants can challenge themselves, work up a great sweat, have fun, and forget about the stresses of everyday life for a little while.
