Favorite workout

I love a dynamic combo move. Anything that engages multiple muscle groups into a fluid movement. Mobility is also up there with my favorites; as a former dancer, I’ve always enjoyed continuously working on mobility.

Fitness philosophy

I believe in a holistic approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Everything you think, do, and participate in leads to the life that you should want to live. Also, I love saying that the hardest thing you can do is get to class — if you did that, we can get through the workout!

Coaching style

I want people to feel like they belong in my classes, confident in their workouts, and like they can accomplish whatever they put their minds to when they leave.
