Glass of wine (or two) and some form of crime series/documentary.

Favorite way to workout?

I love interval training. Whether it's intervals while running or alternating between running and strength training (definitely why I love Tred & Shred).

How do you recharge?

Working from home has made me really love going for walks. If I need to recharge or refocus with whatever I'm doing, I take a break and leave my phone behind to get in some movement and fresh air/sunshine.

Favorite song to hype you up during a workout?

I’ve been loving all Meduza tracks recently (Paradise is my current fav) or Loud Luxury.
