I prefer an upper body strength workout programed using the push/pull method because it targets opposing muscle groups, leading to more efficient and effective workouts.

What is your ideal way to recharge?

I love to go on a hike and spend some time in nature.

Favorite exercise?

Dumbbell shoulder presses. I find that by strengthening and improving shoulder stability you can greatly reduce your risk of injury.
