Describe Your Workout Experience

Hard core maxin’ out and chillin’ out (Why pick one way when you can have it both ways.) They always say “get a girl that can do both.” I like to say get a trainer that can do both...

Who inspires you?

My mom and dad who have taught me to work hard, play hard and work harder.

Why do you train?

For me it’s never been about the workout. Yes I love the workout, but I live for the society that stands behind the workout. The most empowering feeling is when you get to be a part of some ones  “I made it” moment.

I find that the best workouts are those done with others. I think that the most incredible things happen when a group of people encourages each other.

Who inspires you?

My family and sisters inspire me to be the best I can be everyday. I also find inspiration in those who work to help build others up.

Go to food?

There’s something to be said about a really great cheese tray… Oh and anything chocolate and peanut butter (yup! It’s a food group)

Who is he?

Josh is a no BS but a lot of BS kind of guy. The good news is his workouts are going to be a really good time. Here’s the best news.. He’s a believer. Every workout he puts out to his clients stems from his passion for movement and strengthening himself.

I am always down for some EMOM or AMRAP work. I am all about movement anytime, anywhere. You name it ropes, kettlebells, landmines..I am ready to go.

Who inspires you?

Those who are  willing to take risks over and over until it's no longer a risk. The people who have the mindset of looking at risks as opportunities are the people who succeed before they even start something.
